And…we are back to blogging and festivals

There is so much to catch up on, but for those of you who’ve stayed connected on Facebook and Instagram, hope you’re up to date on everything. For the old-school blog lovers, yes, well, Samahaara Theatre Festival 2023 was a massive success.

The play Kallu by Gollapudi Maruti Rao didn’t leave a single pair of dry eyes in the audience. So then on the same day, we decided to cheer them up with the laugh riot, Agandi Nenu Vastunna. Our crowd favourite Then There were None, Agatha Christie’s gripping murder mystery had everyone (even the repeat viewers) on the edge of their seats. Maa Bhoomi, another pleaser, ended to a thunderous applause. All this at Lamakaan, an open cultural center.

The open air, the summer starting with little unseasonal drizzle, the smell of samosa in the air and a buzzing, full house. Thank you all! We will be back, very very soon.
