From warm up and introductions to rehearsals and finally the dress rehearsal, it is always interesting to watch the participants who start off with “I have stage fear/I’m shy/I’m an introvert” blossom into the most confident and outgoing of the lot. Sometimes when we are having fun and doing what we love, we either forget who we are or maybe, just maybe, find out who we really are.
