The annual children’s theatre workshop has commenced. Cue cuteness, natural talent and the practice of learning. Children from ages 8 to 14 are at the best possible space to start learning anything, and theatre is one of the best things they can do for a workshop. It’s an all-in-one device to bring them out of their shells, hone their public speaking abilities, work on body and voice to finally present a play at the end. Understanding the various aspects of stage, knowing how to face an audience and working on a character give children more than devices for acting on stage or film – it gives them lessons for life on how to interact and present themselves on any platform.
